It is the established quality policy of our company to undertake the processing of customers products or supply of goods and services such that they are fit for their intended purpose. This is done according to the procedures and controls within our Quality Management System which is in line with ISO 9001:2015. This provides for customers expectations and needs by also considering external as well as internal factors and how other interested parties may affect our service and strives for ongoing improvement.
The policy affects all aspects of the business and staff must be fully aware of their roles within the system . Training procedures define the process and documentation involved.
Staff must also recognise that if there are problems achieving tasks they have a responsibility to work with management to create an improvement solution to changing that part of the QMS. This is vital to the ongoing development of the business.
